So this video is a little update on my progress. Its been a tough time since my accident but i feel I'm finally starting to get somewhere. I know its not the best riding i've ever done but its where i'm at at the moment, like i say in the vid i'm not 100 percent but i will get there and i can't wait to be back to full strength. A little while ago i thought it would be a good idea to put a freewheel on my fixie. I'd miss placed the brakes so i had to run it without, this wasn't a good idea as i ended up rapped myself round a tree.
