Sean "Cool Guy" Keane's Mailing List

This is a little bit of a different presentation for the mailing list, but for all of you who asked "Where's the beef?" (Wendy's), here's the answer. I hope I can plant a seed - a sesame seed - of interest in the mailing list!

I also have been collecting barbecue tips for the giant-sized summer edition of the mailing list. Should be pretty sweet. FYI, even though you have to have a bun on the hamburger head so you can tell what it is, I go with the lo-carb lettuce wrap instead. and then for where the lettuce would be on the inside, I substitute some protein powder. More l8r - when the regular Cool Guy returns!

I am a huge Super Bowl fan (but an even bigger mailing list fan!) even though I missed the fourth quarter this year checking for Gold Star events deals. Anyway, don't get thrown off by the shades - they're the 3-D glasses for the commercials and the ground-breaking episode of "Chuck" coming out later (no spoilers plz!!!). IK know it's not actually going to make anything look 3-D, but sometimes this mailing list feels that way to me, you know?

All I want to say is, happy holidays to everyone on or off the mailing list. Maybe you're pro-Christmas, maybe not, maybe you like carbs, maybe you're doing your best to cut down, maybe you're spending the holidays with your loved ones, maybe you'd just like to meet a single woman, or really, any new friends with poz attitudes for 2009, but you still have the holiday spirit, because when you have Christmas in your heart, it doesn't matter who else is there. Or if anyone is there at all besides you. Because the holidays are the most poz time of year - it's not even close!

Anyway, visions of the mailing list were dancing in my head when I had my friend do a guest vlog here (j/k it's actually me!).

Sorry, kinda emotional right now. Thanx 4 all the comments this year, and I think next year might be the biggest year yet for the mailing list. Even though we're only 52 days away from Valentine's Day, tonight all I can think of is that we're -2 hours away from Christmas! Merry Christmas, Vimeo!!?!

My friend let me introduce a comedian at his show, but I had to take the opportunity to introduce this mailing list! I didn't get to pass out the index cards afterward because they weren't happy with my intro, but overall? Pretty poz experience. Not gonna lie, there was a little bit of stage fright and pre-show anxiety/vomiting (anxvom?), but luckily, I'd only been drinking protein shakes and lo-carb Monster, so it was cool.

Even if I didn't add any names to the mailing list, I added a ton of awareness to the mailing list, which I can hopefully show the people at Gold Star if I ever get to have a meeting about their unofficial sponsorship. AND next time I'll be ready to tell jokes. Here's one:

Working on the mailing list is a lot of work ,but so is getting rid of 15-16 leftover pounds of turkey. Does a body good. Does a mailing list good. Next ten signups to the mailing list get a turkey-cranberry energy bar recipe, free!
