Mosaic Student Film Festival was started in Rockford, Illinois to empower the young generations to make moving images and express themselves creatively, while raising funds and awareness for a local charity. This video was shown at the beginning of the 3rd annual festival in 2010, and features local filmmakers' opinions about the importance of a student showing their work to an audience.
