Am 19.5. 2011 fand im Rahmen des EU-Forschungsprojektes „TOBI" in der Kochschule von Johanna Maier ein Kochevent der besonderen Art statt. Gemeinsam mit der Spitzenköchin wurden wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse mit Kochen verknüpft und Ernährungsfehlern auf den Grund gegangen.
