This is a short documentary shot in central Hong Kong. A Dai Pai Dong is a traditional, open-air food stall; a part of Hong Kong culture for many years. This is a tribute to one of these as it faces gentrification - the first step in a process that might lead to its closure less than 10 years from now. The documentary shows life as it is. Nothing more.
