Improving the existing cycle training service to increase the number of cyclists on Camden roads
and reduce the number of traffic collisions and the level of road danger across the London
Borough of Camden.

BACKGROUND
- Camden Council is a key promoter of cycling and cycling services in London;
- The council is currently running a cycling training service for people who cycle in Camden;
- The service is free of charge and can be delivered by a personal instructor (on a specific route)
or as a group session (usually around Castlehaven community centre in Camden Town) to both
children and adults;
- The training service is delivered by private external instructors paid by Camden Council;
- Users can learn more about the service and register online (link to more info and e-form);

CLIENT BRIEF - INMIDTOWN BID

Creating a marketable and measurable loyalty scheme to encourage employees in the areas of Bloombsbury, Holborn and St Giles to shop local, enhancing retail offer and trading environment.

BACKGROUND 
InMidTown is a Business Improvement District operating in Central London. InMidTown is launching a ‘Shop Local’ campaign and wants to promote and implement a business driven loyalty scheme while increasing the quality of the services provided to their clients - the local businesses in the area (who pay a subscription?). InMidTown would like to explore a revenue generating service to go along side the campaign.

CLIENT BRIEF - MARGINS PROJECT

The Margins Project, based in the Union Chapel, provides a range of vital support services to people facing homelessness, crisis and isolation in our community and beyond. The challenge would be to help defining the core structure of a financially sustainable skills training programme that can be delivered by the Margins Project staff members to their service users.

BACKGROUND 
The Margins Project provides support to up to 180 people every week. Services include: a Sunday Drop-In, where guests receive a hot meal and can access a range of services to meet their immediate needs such as clothing, showers and laundry facilities; an advice and resettlement service; a winter night shelter; a volunteer-run cafe; and different groups and workshops.
