A short film depicting an evening dedicated to nature's most important orifice.

Curated by Alex Julyan, a London-based visual artist and producer, Get Mouthy invited scientists, artists and performers to sink their teeth into the maw-ish mysteries of our mouths.

Sylvia Rimat's performance 'Imagine Us' takes place in public town squares and utilises the Big Screen that now exists in many of them. The performance aims to highlight our awareness of the physical and thought spaces we pass through. The live encounter explores forms of interaction with the wider public and is concerned with bringing public space alive.

Imagine Us was part of the Plymouth Art Fringe 2011.

This film is the outcome of a 4 month artist residency at a community centre for people with mental health difficulties. Working with the centre's music group over this period of time, I documented the rehearsals that took place and spent time getting to know the individuals in regular attendance. As well as exploring the role of music as a form of personal expression in times of difficulty, the film shines a light on individual creativity, ambition and courage. This is my first documentary film.

Made in collaboration with my parents as part of the ongoing Home Video Series, My Wonderland presents a personalized process of filmmaking in action. Directed by my father from behind the camera, I play a giant girl curious about a tiny house from which my mother emerges.
