Todd Shapera teaches photography at the Kids’ Camp during Omega Family Week. He has been a published photographer and writer since the early 1980s, broadcasting stories on NPR, writing speeches for elected officials, writing and photographing stories for global publications, and photographing gala events and private portrait sessions. His work has appeared in the New York Times, the Financial Times of London, National Geographic Adventure, and Forbes, among other publications.
Shapera currently photographs at elegant weddings and celebrations, and at Rye Country Day School. He also dedicates a portion of his time to documenting critical global issues. His book, Indigenous Belize, documents life in four Mayan and Garifuna communities in southern Belize.
