Wilcox County, Alabama has one physician for every 4,667 people. For decades they have struggled to recruit doctors to the poverty stricken region. Hope for the future of their health care system is bleak with only one student in line to return to Wilcox. A documentary by Carly Palmour and Caitlin Looney.
