One of the first videos shot with my new Canon HV30. As it finally stopped raining and the temperatures started rising, I decided to go out in my backyard and try out my new plaything :P

Still got a lot to learn and to get comfortable with it; more to come! :)

Skater tabletop dolly footage I shot tonight using various objects in my kitchen.

Nothing done to it but color correction and dissolves added between shots. No speed changes or dissolves in the middle of the shots or anything like that. It's all as it was shot.

I couldn't get a full 360 on the island in my kitchen without the dolly going off the edge, but the shots of the glass at the end get pretty close, probably about a 300-degree circle before I got to the edge of the island.

Took My dog Jackal out for a run with the skateboard. Shot it with HV30 with a Century Fisheye Lens. I TOTALLY recommend the Century Fisheye ... A little expensive, but it's a .3x, fits right on to the HV30 and there's NO vig. pretty friggin nice.

No editing, I just removed the pulldown & put it to a tune real quick.
