Today the new canon mount for my red epic camera arrived in utrecht, the netherlands. The long waiting for this solid titanium made ring is forgotten instantly. This clip shows the unboxing and fixing of the mount. And the very first thing the epic saw through a 35 mm zeiss lens was… his little brother, the 5dmk2, filming this clip. A collection of very recent timelapse sequences that I have been shooting around the Northwest Indiana area. All sequences were shot on the 5D Mark II in RAW format, then edited in Lightroom, and compiled in After Effects. For motion control, I used the Kessler Crane Cineslider, KC-8 Crane, and Revolution Head, along with the Oracle Controller. Met up with Rob & Don to do some more testing and experimenting primarily with the Kessler Crane KC-8 Ultra. Since the car we wanted to film was not available this weekend, "Speedy" was a decent substitute :) The day was crazy hot and it's not even summer in Miami as yet.
