A British team of doctors conducts scientific and medical research all the way to the summit of Mount Everest in search of solutions to hypoxia-related illnesses in the human body. Filmed by cinematographer David Rasmussen.

With the Chinese government closing the mountain and a couple of harrowing rescues in the Death Zone, this was certainly an adventure to write home about.
Respect for Peak Freaks and the climbers, sherpas and guides who risked their lives not only for the summit, but to save another climber's life.
