Sven Hamrefors, professor, presents ground-breaking results from the research project Business Effective Communication. The research project is a co-operation between the Swedish Public Relations Association (Sveriges Informationsförening), the Mälardalen University and the Stockholm School of Economics (Handelshögskolan i Stockholm). The final report will be translated and available for free on the SPRA website shortly.
