Formula Drift and the Slammed Society showcase in Long Beach, California.
This was my first time at Formula Drift. I wasn't approved to get a media pass which is why I barely covered the Drift event. Pretty upsetting if you ask me. But thanks to JDM Sport for hooking me up with a Suite Pass. If it wasn't for that pass I probably wouldn't have shot any drifting at all. Maybe next year I'll be able to get a media pass. But overall, awesome event…
I wasn't too enthusiastic while editing this one because I only had one lens on me for these two shows and every car was parked the same exact way. Shot on my 5dmkii with a 17-40mm which I no longer have. This footage conatins clips from Dubs on Defrost 5 and Spring Show and Go. Tried to put in a little bit of everything to make everyone happy. All in all i enjoyed all the shows and they both had pretty great turnouts.
