1. This interview is with Ed Miles. He participated in the excavation of approximately 17 Civil War soldiers in west Nashville around 1956. The site is the probable location of a Confederate Cavalry ambush against the 6th US Cavalry Division in the opening day of The Battle of Nashville, December 15th, 1864.
