How to copy bits of audio of your multi-channel clips in the timeline. The key here is that you have R or Range Tool selected and you have to click on and hover over the specific track you want to work on. It feels a little strange, but it works when you get the hang of it. If you have the Arrow selected, then hitting I or O will select the entire clip.

Today, I went out for a spin with the GoPro 3 Black. I set it up with a car mount I got from Filmtools… specifically, this guy: filmtools.com/gripper-3025-suction-cup-camera-mount.html. It did a great job. Mounting it on the windshield from the outside seemed to give it the best stability. Did lots of tests in FCPX and Premiere with zooms, crops, stabilization, etc… Also shot a timelapse while driving. I think that came out looking great and since it's at 4k, zooming in on it looks great.
