Shot by me, mostly on a Canon 500D. There are snippets in there of Panasonic HVX202, Sony EX1 & Nikon D90 too. . .

On the 500D I used an old 75-300mm, the 18-55 Kit lens and the Tokina 11-16 2.8. Can't wait to get some serious glass!

Shot this a couple of weeks ago on a saturday morning, Quicksilver pro was on down at snapper which they moved to Duranbah, next beach along, so thought I would knock off a couple of shots, then went to snapper and caught these young body boarders playing around in the shallow break just to the right of snapper, got to be honest I enjoyed the the boogie boarders more.
Its like this every week!!

Just returned from a shoot in Emerald which is located in Central Queensland, Australia.

My almost brand new (2 or 3 week old) Canon XH-A1 is a little worse-for-wear. I don't want to give too much away so you'll have to watch the video ....

All I can say is "Ouch ...."

Welcome to the Beautiful, sunny, Gold Coast..
WRONG!
Going from 150$ extra weight in luggage on Jetstar, to getting picked up by Luke Fink in his track/daily R33 4door with non stop scrubbing, the weekend was looking good!
Woke up on saturday at the Fink's residence at 6am, everyone waiting on me, not to mention the rain was coming in sideways.
1.5 hour trip out to QR for the Rain to ease and stop, but weather did not clear!
The slippery track put everyone off, but slowly they got the idea, then the storm came across and the day got canned early.
Sunday was epic, perfect weather, great people, great skids, loved it!
Hope this video makes a big enough impact to get me over to perth to film the final round of the Australian Drift Grand Prix!
