Host: John Carlevale Time: 30 minutes
This is the first of a series of retrospective looks at the 2013 legislative session with members and non-members of the General Assembly. Guests are two State Representatives who candidly share their view of the workings of the House of Representatives. They lament that the legislative process is deficient and not working and that the deliberative process is equally impaired because too much control resides with a few. They discuss a variety of prominent issues like 38 Studios bonds; Sakonet River Bridge tolls; legislative grants; business climate; CNBC ranking of RI on various criteria and more.
