This is the FOURTH of a series of retrospective looks at the 2013 legislative session with members and non-members of the General Assembly. Guests are two active citizen observers of the workings of the RI legislature. Although they describe the performance of the legislature as disappointing in general, they acknowledge that a few promising things were done and so they remain guardedly optimistic. However, they stress that the state is rapidly running out of time to begin the incremental changes needed to help small businesses and provide tax relief to all.
