Cirkus likes dreaming big, so when TBWA and Sixtoes Singapore briefed us on this project, we were delighted to take on the challenge of helping Airbnb make the world a little bit smaller.
Juggler Christian Greet and Flea Norman Yeend, backed by a talented team, created this epic miniature 60 second train ride showcasing that wherever you go with Airbnb, you can make yourself right at home.

Eric the Frog makes his triumphant return in this 15" TVC to talk about the benefits of a tax refund!
Human Cannonball Romain Borrel directed this fun spot, and with the help of Mauricio Bartok, Joon-Seok Yoon and Firebreather Sandesh Codhadu, combined a live background with some impressive 3D modelling, texturing and integration of Eric.
Cirkus proudly presents Jack of All Trades, a wacky 1 minute animated series centered on Jack, a regular guy with an extraordinary imagination - he's the child in all of us. Each episode has Jack using his creativity to complete his job in a funny way.

BWM Sydney’s creative team Matthew Ennis, Blake Arthur and Producer Ian Ford presented us with a VERY quirky script following Iinet founder Michael Malones progression from Uni student to International internet entrepreneur, showcasing Malone as the original Upgrader. The script came with a brief to create a hand-made DIY looking online video – right up our alley!
The main objective was to tell Malone’s and Iinet’s story by using simple, chic and clever animation techniques. A lot of the content is hand drawn. Some has been traditionally (cell) animated with the majority 2D animated using After Effects. Other styles/techniques we used were: live action which was then outlined and tracked, 3D animation, photos, cut-outs, info-graphics and type, making this mish mash of animation really stand out from the crowd.
The team was headed by Animation Director, Romain Borrel aka Human cannonball, now famed for his some what unusual but always creative illustration approach. Quite a few Cirkus performers had a go at his project; Juggler Christian Greet, Knifethrower Layne Howe, Daredevil Chris Lyne, Firebreather Sandesh Codhadu, Mime Priyan Jayamaha, Fortune-teller Kylie He, Strongman Scott Wilkinson and Rodney Selby with Liontamestress Felicia Brunsting as producer.
