Patrick Watson - "Adventures in Your Own Backyard"
Climb the mountains and get their good tidings. Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop away from you like the leaves of Autumn.
Pleasure eats senses
Power seems unlimited
Suddenly I discover
The only escape from madness
Is the old path through
Blood, sweat and tears.”

i'd like to share with you what i see. A small part of my country (maybe the most natural of it) is here in this video, realized in Fontegreca (80 km far from Napoli) for an art project by Elena Luppino about nature and meditation.
I hope you enjoy it. Have a nice day!
