Glenn Hockett earned a bachelor of science degree in range management from Montana State University and has worked for the U.S. Forest Service and the Cooperative Extension Service in Montana. He is a hunter, and at the time of our interview, the president of the Gallatin Wildlife Association in Bozeman, Montana.
