Render Passes in modo 601 are capable of saving much more than just camera positions and settings but you can very easily use them to do just that ;)
Another Tip: With this technique you can actually render all your different camera positions as well with "Render" -- "Render passes" - just select your group and modo will render all your passes (and your different positions)
CAUTION! Please be aware that if "Auto Add" is on you are actually saving not only the camera settings in a render pass but every other property of other stuff like render settings, shader settings etc...
