"Rupture" is a short drama, directed and produced by Shane Ward in 2002. It stars Damian Walshe-Howling (Underbelly/He Died With A Falafel In His Hand/Blue Heelers) and Nick Barkla.

This visceral and heavily moody two-hander is an acclaimed piece of filmmaking that sees the story of one fateful moment between the two main characters wrought in full potency - as if it were part of a larger narrative.
Entwined with an edgy and foreboding track from Tricky, the film weaves a real fabric of trepidation, flash fury and release. A great, powerful short film.
