This is a new extract of my movie "Handiflight". Some beautiful sequences with gliders in the front of the top of the Moléson, in the heart of Gruyère. Switzerland. 6 th Junior World Gliding Championships 21.6 - 6.7.09 Rayskala - Finland Finally i made it! Enjoy and let me know if you like it! Running along the ridge of mt Palomar mountain "ridge soaring" - this puts roller coasters in a whole new perspective. Ridge running is based on the wind and lift coming off the top of the ridge. The HD version is a big difference from the pocket camera, and to make it all more fun, we enjoyed the entire run and ended up in 400 feet per minute thermal lift... time to climb and play again.. Oh Yeah. My favorite place to fly gliders in California…
