This is a movie of Dr. T. Colin Campbell's lecture about his research, filmed at the First Unitarian Church on 12/08/2010 in downtown Portland, Oregon. This research served as the basis for his book, The China Study. His lecture is preceded by two clips describing his new movie, Forks Over Knives, a new documentary about the relationship between diet and the occurrence of disease, set to premiere in Portland in early January of 2011.
