Concrete Dream Inc. is a digital production company based in Frog Pond, Alabama. We create commercials, music videos, and movies. This is a short example of our SD work.

A loser. A hot chick. A real magic wand. I wrote and co-directed this little eight minute comedy short in 2006. The inspiration came from a friend who challenged me to create a short with a "magic" theme. So I wrote it and all my friends pitched in to make it. We shot late nights in downtown Sheffield, Alabama. It was fun. This short started my journey of making GUERRILLA MOVIES... I've set out to make 10 micro budget shorts. Nobody gets paid... but we have a good time. My goal is to become a much better visual storyteller by making at least 10 shorts. So far... so good. I've learned a lot. THE BURGLAR has even done well on the film festival circuit. It's screened at the SIDEWALK MOVING PICTURE FESTIVAL, SOUTHERN FRIED FLICKS, and the LINDSEY FESTIVAL. It also won the SWEET HOME ALABAMA HONORABLE MENTION AWARD. Hope you like... The Burglar. Steve :)
