DCTA provides villages in Malawi with educational supplies and scholarships, and gives help to children allowing them to continue elementary and secondary education. DCTA works hand-in-hand with communities, creating and fostering recreational programs, promoting job development, and helping to meet medical needs by directly connecting an individual from their adopted African villages with an individual from our community.

DCTA was founded by Mary Ellen Carter, the wife of federal judge David Carter. My wife Q and I traveled to Malawi with the Carters, Q to teach Art classes, and I to document their work. I shot with a Canon 5DMKll, and edited this video in Final Cut Pro.
