    Valor Christian High School took a team of 17 students into the heart of Kolkata, India, to work in the slums at churches and DEC's (Dalit Education Centers).

    Pondicherry literally meaning 'New Town' is actually an old city on the coast of Bay of Bengal. Once a French Colony, this town is divided into two sections: the French Quarter and the Indian Quarter. Whilst the Indian Quarter is mostly a bustling place like the rest of India, the French Quarter is a quiet, peaceful town with colonial style houses, old churches, a 1.5 kilometer promenade, an old light house and French language that can still be seen and heard here.
