Took the classic BMW sidecar rig out for a ride in Bailey, Co on a nice, early Fall day with the wife and Corgi dog. Rode over to a friends house and had a great day. Music by Dirks Bentley - wifes CD was in the computer (no Im serious!)

The Rowena Loops are a surviving vestige of the old Columbia River Scenic Highway. The Missoula Floods crested over the top of these plateaus when they carved the Columbia Gorge. The highway clings to the basalt cliffs as it wends it way back down to river level. This is part of the first leg of the Adventure Sidecar Eastern Gorge Tour coming up September 17~19, 2010 adventuresidecar.com
