Dallas citizens honored the life, leadership and legacy of President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 2013, the 50th anniversary of his death at the The 50th: Honoring the Memory of President John F. Kennedy.
An exhibit at Dallas City Hall includes never before seen documents and artifacts relating to the November 22, 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy. The free exhibit on the second floor at City Hall will be open to the public through Dec. 9. First-day evidence photography, fingerprints and mug shots, hand-annotated eyewitness affidavits and artifacts can also be seen in the exhibit, which provides a rare look at the events of 50 years ago.

The Dallas Symphony Orchestra performs a festive program of seasonal hits, sacred hymns and popular favorites. The d-s-o’s “Christmas Celebration” takes place December 6 through 8 at the Meyerson Symphony Center.
