On Tuesday, March 6, Dr. Love Sechrest, associate professor of New Testament, offered a lecture entitled "King's Movement for Economic Justice and the Book of Revelation." The lecture took place in Payton 100, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m.
This talk is part of the 2012 Martin Luther King Jr. Lecture Series throughout the winter and spring, sponsored by Fuller's African American Church Studies Program and the Africana Student Association. The lectures are all connected to the theme "Perils and Possibilities Facing the Joshua Generation." Other lecturers include Dr. Scott Cormode on March 8 and Dr. Hak Joon Lee on April 3.
