This is the original Rotolight ANOVA V2 LED light comparison test I did on 30th August 2013 (with corrected typos). We pitted the new ANOVA bi-colour and SOLO lights against established luminaires: ARRI, KINO, etc. These are the untampered results of those tests. I hope you find them useful.
Note: although the h.264 encoding may wash a bit of the colour out of this video the comparison between the lights is still an accurate representation of what we were trying to achieve.
An independent, controlled lighting test of the Anova version 2 EcoFlood bi-colour LED light.
This is the video I sent Rotolight. They were so pleased with it they had it playing on their stand at IBC 2013.
I've added some commentary (sorry). It will add some relevant info but if it's annoying you please use your 'mute' button.
Note this is a H.264 compressed video - it might look lighter than the original 10bit version. I could have graded it to make it look all funky but I didn't. It's a lighting test. I wanted to show you exactly what the camera was seeing.
There is also a direct comparison to Tungsten, Tube, LED, and HMI video I will be uploading shortly.
