This is the 1997 (I think) visit to Arklow in May. The trip was to conduct the 2nd Balloon Race which was planned to coincide with the start of the Celtic Challenge Rowing Race. However the Rowing Race was brought forward because of the weather forcast so the balloons were released after the start. I took the boat across to sail back with the Race. Circa late 90's "Ladies Entertain" Well, thats what the evening was billed as. Infact they put together "Just A Minute" Not quite what we were expecting but a highly enjoyable evening. Watching this again while loading it had me in stiches. You must watch this to the end, I wont say why here and risk spoiling the fun.
