Simply place an iPad on top of the pyramid-shaped screen, which uses three special types on film, to create a display where the screen image appears to be floating in the middle of the pyramid.
By reflecting onto the screen, the video contents using a multiscreen application, a 3D image appears when viewed with the naked eye from all angles, using the reflection angles of the filmed image.
The filmed images also changes interactively in response to the sound picked up from the iPad microphone.

This short performance was created for a Max Live Coding contest. The participant receiving the loudest applause from the audience would win. This video was created after the actual performance in front of the audience.
Synapse is a unique audiovisual mapping experience. Made of Cubes, it creates a modular origami that feeds itself from audio, and manifests itself through light, color, and shapes in a geometric magnificence.
With an OSC communication, it adds up different software like Vdmx, Quartz Composer, Max msp, and also Ableton Live. Thanks to Ableton we can record our own midi presets and adapt them to the beat with a simple "TAP". If the signal is coming straight from Live, even better. You only have to add the graphic compositions that you want to use, to the loops you have in Live.
