In an attempt to get better at filming, I have been inspired by a few cinematographers online to try and create something out of everyday activities. The key is to not only film something, but to create a memory using both film and post production. So this is my first attempt at such a task. For those who may be curious, I used a friend's Sony FX1 to shoot (thanks Jake!), and Final Cut Pro to edit.
Creative Eye
After watching some videos on vimeo, I have been struck by how creative some people are, and the ability they have to turn an ordinary moment into an extraordinary one. Thus, this channel is one that accentuates some of the videos that take the everyday moments and turn them into amazing memories by using the creative eye.
