Sent in one session, I'm not 100% that the right hand at the start is technically 'in' but it is not the hard part of the problem for me. (the bleausard in the pink shirt didn't complain either, so it is good enough for me)
I think this method is more rational than a 'french' jump start too, but I'm sure some bore will quote 'tradition' at me.
