This is a video I created using 15 second jpeg movies from my old point and shoot camera, pieced together in AfterEffects. It was shot around my old home in Woodstock partly on foot, on bike, leaning out of the window of a car, and on the train traveling from Poughkeepsie to NYC. This one means a lot to me for very personal reasons. Hope you enjoy it.

I tweaked the previous version with two suggestions from my picky but estimable cousin the graphic designer. I like both versions, but I lean towards this one. So it goes.

What you see is what you see. I made this clip because I like hearing this woman playing her upside-down guitar and singing her mournful, joyful song. The sound effects are there because I like playing with sound effects.
Trains! Trains!
What is it about trains? God, I love them! Planes suck (more and more). Boats are fine, but too damn expensive, and too few destinations. You can take a train anywhere, including downtown from a station on the corner. You can put your feet up and look out the window for hours without being bored--beats being strapped in a seat three sizes too small and looking outside at next to nothing forever. Trains!

Thanks for watching -
I thought I might get your attention, Jim. Your train clip was the first I'd seen of your work and I was hooked. I'm looking forward to seeing--and hearing--what else you're going to give us.
