This time we'll take a look at the motion blur capabilities in Modo 401.
We'll check how to add motion blur effect in animated scenes, how to control it and which kind of type of motion are supported.
In this tutorial we'll take a look on how we can proceed to create a photo realistic sea environment.
We'll start modeling a very simple plane and than we'll use the Shader Tree to create a complete water shader using
procedural maps, displacement and advanced raytracing features. We'll take a very fast tour around the daylight
lighting and environment rendering system.
In this tutorial we'll take a look on how we have to proceed to create a simple scene with a basic photographic lighting setup, and how we can create some simple glasses using bezier curve and sweep operator tools. We'll take an overview on material and shader creation using the Modo Shader Tree to render glasses and liquids.
Action centers are one of the unique tools within modo and Geoff Swartz goes through each one. He demonstrates how it's used and how you can mix and match the action center with the action axis to have even more control over transforming your objects. We finish it up with an open Q&A session which covered action centers and a few other areas.
Luxology's Modo 401 Tutorials & Videos.
This is NOT a Luxology's official channel, just a selection of interesting videos about modo 401.
This channel is focused on learning modo and its "how-to" techniques.

As wonderful a work as it is, "The Third & The Seventh" was done in Max, not Modo. Still a great channel.
I had to post this one: "The third and the seventh" by Alex Roman. A great example of 3d possibilities. Believe it or not it's a FULL CG (Computer Graphics) video. A MUST SEE!
Just think about it… What if you were trapped under something heavy and the mouse was out of your reach? Scary, right? That's exactly why we have these keyboard shortcuts so you can still use Vimeo until the help arrives.
