In 1988, Powell Peralta Headquarters was located in downtown Santa Barbara, California. Originally built by master ramp designer: Mike Taylor, The Crossbones Ramp was moved to Powell Peralta HQ and rebuilt to be used for research and development purposes. It was common to show up and find Skaters like Lance Mountain and Steve Caballero sessioning the Crossbones Ramp.
