Graduate of the RHEMA Institutes in Goa, India, 2004, Hegan gives us a tour of his community and the work he and his team are doing there. In the town of Vasco de Gama, named after the Portuguese explorer who founded Goa as a Portuguese Colony, Hegan works in the slums.
