We have just celebrated the ten-year anniversary of the 'Agile Manifesto' and some may find Agile to be a bit boring these days—that there is not much left to discover. Others are just beginning their personal 'Agile' journey. Either way, if you look around, there are a host of software development problems just waiting for a solution.

We are a group, started in 2010, that has brought together some of the finest minds doing 'Agile' for two annual conferences in Dearborn, Michigan. People from many disciplines have participated—architects, BA's, developers, PM's, useability experts, leadership, and QA/QC people.

The conferences have provided 'tracks' for the attendees to select from:
- Hands-On Technology Track (primarily for Developers)
- Interactive Process Track (primarily for Practitioners)
- Usability Experience Track (primarily for Web/Usability experts)
- Leadership Track (primarily for C and Director level executives)
- "Open Space Conversations" Track (a free form meeting where attendees control the agenda, timeframe, and discussion)
