I want to thank the crew - my friends - who lent their time, talents, and gear to be part of this very personal project. Your willingness to set aside all else for a day, to come together and tell the story of my friends Ted & Tina Crump as they were about to begin their new journey serving the children in Swaziland, simply humbles me. I can never thank you enough!
Everything changed the day following this shoot and tragically now none of us who were a part are still involved in Swaziland. Miraculously Ted & Tina did go back with a new organization, World Outreach, serving the same vulnerable children and building relationships in the same communities. Given the circumstances surrounding this, the project was shelved because the Crumps did not feel comfortable using it, and I must respect their decision. Nonetheless, over time I felt compelled to complete it because those who came together to tell this story deserved to see it come to life.
So this video serves only as a representation of our work and unfortunately it is not endorsed by the Crumps. But as their friend and ongoing supporter, I invite you to learn more about Ted & Tina's mission and their work in Swaziland by following TedCrumpsta on Twitter.
Working at North Point Ministries in Atlanta, GA, I am part of a team creating inspiring media for our churches and partners around the world, as both a director of photography and motion graphics animator.
In addition, I freelance for corporate clientele, as well as work with non-profit organizations helping orphaned and vulnerable children in the beautiful country of Swaziland, Africa. Telling their stories is my passion.
