Anna Martemucci is a writer, performer, and fashion model living in Brooklyn, NY. Her short film collaborations with Victor Quinaz have been featured on The Huffington Post, Entertainment Weekly.com, New York Magazine's blog Vulture.com, and Indiewire.com, among others.

She was recently hired by WGBH to write and act in a web series designed to get young girls excited about computer programming. The pilot can be seen here: dotdiva.org/webisode.html. She also co-wrote a web series about an overgrown stuntman called STUNTED for digital distributor BBE.

Her feature film screenplay LET’S GO ROME! is being produced by Before The Door, actor/producer Zachary Quinto’s Los Angeles-based production company. beforethedoor.com/features

Anna received her B.F.A in Dramatic Writing from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Her short film scripts have been produced and selected for screening at the Cannes Film Festival Market, The Philadelphia Film Festival, Ladyfest NYC, and the Ivy Film Festival. She worked closely with the director Wes Anderson during the making of THE LIFE AQUATIC WITH STEVE ZISSOU. She then went on to work in the development of film and television programs, first at NBC, and then at Big Beach, where she worked on the films EVERYTHING IS ILLUMINATED and LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE. She also worked with legendary documentarian Albert Maysles on THE GATES.

Anna can be seen in the film EXPLICIT ILLS alongside Paul Dano and Rosario Dawson. She is represented by Elite Model Management and is the production fit model for clothing companies such as Vera Wang, Kate Spade, Marc by Marc Jacobs, DKNY, Ali Ro, and Urban Outfitters...which is essentially the job of a moving talking mannequin. She often writes about how odd this is on twitter.
