NEWS RELEASE Austin Chamber to Honor Lance Armstrong as 2010 Austinite of the Year December 21, 2010 – The Austin Chamber of Commerce has named Lance Armstrong, cancer survivor, champion cyclist and Founder and Chairman of LIVESTRONG, as the 2010 Austinite of the Year. Armstrong will be honored at the Chamber’s 133rd Annual Meeting on February 9, 2011 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hilton Austin, 500 E.
