BOW helps to promote new forms of leadership whilst empowering individuals to take ownership of complex processeses in order to learn to work collectively more effectively in a safe environment.
The full programme involves, consultation, training, performance, followed by a shared evaluation process using our crowdsourced audio and video methodologies (sharedvoices.net) as well as public intervention events or crowdversations for those organizations interested in engaging the public in new ways.
