We went to Hammond to help our friends Ronbeaux Q at the Smokin Blues & BBQ cook off. We had a great time with them as usual.
This is a bone-in pork roast I did for crew eats during a cookoff in Hammond, LA last weekend.
Another great week night meal. The Steaks were done to perfection, the grilled honey glazed carrots were really nice and the COTC was just right.
If you have not tried Tri-Tip you owe it to yourself to do so. You may have to ask your butcher for it but you wont be sorry. I like to marinate them for a few hours.
Gilling a Pork Tenderloin on my ceramic Primo Junior Oval. This technique is great for pork tacos. Give them a try you'l love them.
