Beyondmedia Education works with under-served and under-represented women, youth and communities to tell their stories, connect their stories to the world around us, and organize for social justice through the creation and distribution of media arts.

Our goal is to equip women and youth to document and communicate their stories, allow them to serve as educators and role models for others, influence public policy, and generate social transformation.

We have made films with women and girls with disabilities, street prostitutes and victims of the sex trade in Chicago, girls working to end violence in their communities, HIV+ youth and more.
