  2. Impressions from a 25-day hiking and packrafting expedition through the wilderness of extreme Southern Greenland in july 2013. I started in Narsarsuaq, crossed over all the way to Tasermiut fjord, and continued with an 8-day loop east of Tasiusaq before finally paddling towards Nanortalik.

  3. Here´s the fourth part of my "Natural Wonders" sequel.
We just had two days in the Yellowstone and it was unfortunately much too less, as we couldn´t see anything, the Yellowstone has to offer.
The Yellowstone is the worlds very first Nationalpark and of course also one of the most beautiful.

When I was a child, I saw a lot of documentaries and heard so much about the Yellowstone and I've sworn to myself, that one day, I will visit this park.

I could talk so much about this wonderful piece on earth, but not only one word can describe such a natural wonder.

    Enjoy.

"High Sierra - A Journey on the John Muir Trail" premiered on January 14th, 2011 at the Wild and Scenic Environmental Film Festival in Nevada City, CA.

This is a 6 minute piece I produced from an end to end hike of the JMT in the Summer of '08.
It features 5 high school students from Chapel Hill, NC and their experience along the trail. We took 16 days at about 15 miles of hiking per day to hike all 220 miles from Yosemite Valley south to Mt. Whitney. We had one resupply at Vermilion Resort where the group cleaned out the small store there trying to stock up with 9 days of food.

It was shot on a Sony A1U with stills by Brian Burnham using a Canon 40D.

    Music is by Leon Godwin.
