"It's a Black Thang!" follows a day in the life of a typical white guy striving to get in touch with his black side.

This short was originally intended to be an episode of Eric Cattani and Dennis Looney's original sitcom effort, "Hollywoodn't." Due to production restraints, it became a standalone project instead.

It was shot over the course of a single week in real locations in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada.

The project was shot with a JVC GY-HD110U and edited with Apple's Final Cut Pro. Visual effects were created in Adobe After Effects.
